Medical Administrative Assistants work one on one with providers and other support staff to put the needs of the patients first. They help support providers by assisting with administrative tasks such as trip and travel planning, meeting organization, and other projects as well as patient related tasks such as communication between patients and the care team, work within the medical record, and preparing information for future appointments.
