There was no intended violence. Patriot Front has always shown up, walked around in an orderly fashion handing out fliers and talking with friendly patriot minded folks. They broke no laws, and have always engage in peaceful 1st amendment activism. You can see a video from PF the next day as they did continue to walk around town and had the locals offer to buy them everything from beer to dinner. What happened with them was 1) first amendment violence and trumped up charged, and 2) media smear pieces showing extreme levels of propaganda. I am disgusted by this. Police used conjecture based off of an observer's opinion to justify violating the rights of multiple people. It is not the responsibility of the police to act as a pre-crime agency. No crime was actually committed (apparently it is okay to ride in the back of a truck in Idaho) at least by the alleged rioters. You all should be scared of how this city's officials acted because they have created a precedent to violate your rights on the barest of suspicion (none of this will be upheld in a fair court.)
