Just bought mine and had it delivered and installed yesterday. Had wash piling up and 3 loads yesterday and 1 this morning. Your vid makes this washer sound much louder and cheaper than it really is. If set properly and not over loaded it is very quiet and precise. Happy with my purchase so far.

I got mine a month ago, I paused it and didn’t want to start, I wish the Manuel had more information. I wished washer were made like the old ones, now these digitals are not that good and don’t last that long.

There's nothing to tell you what all the settings mean. What is a casual wash? Start button works funny - sometimes it will work, sometimes no work.

I made a copy of the quick guide and attached it under the lid. I have no idea why they didn't put something like that there, don't most washers put basic instruction stickers under the lid?

Yes! @@soupoftheday1984 and also pulling the knob out to start the machine, or push it back in to pause it; and being able to open the lid during the washing! I just received mine. When I asked the salesman how long the washer would last (my last one was 20 years old when I bought it, I used it for about 15 years without any repairs and then it got irreparably damaged during a move) and the salesman told me, "Honestly, about 5-8 years" !!!!

How long will the ciruit board on this baby last and how much will it cost . I bet slightly more than five years and the cost to replace the board with labor will be the price of the washer . That is wondrous new world we live in .

I am also experiencing the machine even with pressing the button three times. Also the red light does turn on idicating it is lock, but it does nothing afterward.

Remember to attach the ground wire to the center screw in the outlet plate and the rear of the machine. The video didn't show that.

Just had this installed. I've never heard such noise. Despite being perfectly level and distributing clothes evenly there's a weird loud repetutive screeching sound, and then, when it's prepping for Rinse and Spin several series of loud (loud!) knocking noises! Never heard anything like it. Your video helps dispel several concerns but some of what I'm hearing can't possibly be right....or good for the machine. I'm two loads in and regretting the purchase.

It's not loaded properly. Just pause it and reset the load inside.

@@julievillegas9347 It's usually something like large towels or work jeans throwing off the balance as the washer is self-balancing to a point. You momentarily push the right side start button...wait till washer comes to complete halt and door latch unlocks...reach in drum and balance the load....then close door and push and hold right side button again.

I just got one and used it for the first time last night. 1 hour and 9 minutes for ONE wash cycle! So noisy, it's unbelievable! I cannot believe what a piece of junk this thing is. And of course, special order - no refund. I am seriously considering donating it to the church or someone who can deal with it, as I can't. It nearly sent me into a panic attack. I did not see a spotting problem, and the clothes were clean when they came out, but I simply cannot tolerate the time and the ungodly noise. Wish I'd never bought it.
