Those two are broken, GB is impervious to any kind of pain and toxin and Octavio's puppetearing is one of the most dangerous skills in the whole Holostars roster since he can easily control corrupted beasts, creatures that we canonically know that Hakka, Shinri, Flayon and Bettwl struggle to defeat.

In short Tempus holds back while ARMIS goes full throttle.
