Mazda 2 Radio Replacement PROTips! Wiring Diagrams Included Best MicroPhone install location

Mazda 2 Radios in the NA market are notorious for no audio output. The original Radio is made by Sanyo, this aftermarket radio is a JVC(which is actually Kenwood). It’s weight is noticeably lighter, and includes significantly more features. The only draw back being the lack of CD player.
The original radio is Double Din sized, and is custom made for the car with the decorative plastic Bezel.
Single or double din sized radios can fit in the slot. However for the dash to look good I had to use a plastic kit for the trim.

I mainly focus on the microphone installation in this video because others have made GOOD videos about the installation of similar head units.
