I'm guessing you've searched for this video because that stubborn pin holding the globe is a nightmare to release.
After removing the power supply and rubber housing off the back of the unit, it may be worth filming the area just so you know where the pin is. Just don't lose your camera/phone in the process.
The pin is very tightly secured, so I used rubber gloves to give my fingers and thumb a bit of padding against the pin, as well as to protect the globes from oily fingers.
You'll need to press the pin in hard and then rotate it away from the screwed bracket (usually upwards). It's a very tight area to move around in so using general tools to help isn't really an option.
Securing the globe and pin back in place afterwards will also require a lot of pressure to get it back under the screwed area.
