Underrated din yan dto sa US. Maganda ang review at maganda daw e drive. Lage number 1 pg dating sa mga car reviews kaso mas prefer ng mga tao dto Toyota,Honda.Nissan,Hyundai at Kia.

I bought the crv last year. Mazda was not on my list for compact suv. It's because I don't like the kodo design especially the front look. But I know mazda is a good brand.

in 2016 I went for an HRV due to the space. It has the best interior space in the category. But when my friend, who has a cx3 asked me to dirve his car, there was an immediate regret. Not to mention the car design,(kodo) it's just looks cool. Way better than my hrv. I jokingly told him he can have my hrv lol. The Kodo design is way better even than with the CRV. I've driven the CRV and the CX5 is way better. The power response is just on point. Everything is just better. Space? It's got enough space esp. that it's only me and no passengers most of the time.

Prolly because PBVs are Diesel and less consuming on fuel and Mazda is expensive to maintain especially the CX8 and X9. Space could be also a problem? Di ako fan ng headroom and legroom ng Mazda. But if I have 3m straight cash I’d definitely buy one.

We haven’t spent a dime on maintenance on our Mazda CX8 in the last 2 years. Ours have free 3 years of PMS with newer CX8s having 5 years.

First of all I don't think cx8 is in the crossover category. Even in other SEA countries, it's considered an SUV already. I mean a mid-sized SUV. Next.. yes people are still enamored by the more famous ppv's. But I'm way past that already. I remembered when I had my Honda HRV, my friend was surprised with the space of my car. Before that, he said he just came from Manila and rode on an Everest of a relative. For him, the hrv has a bigger space. Then I also found out the same comments from other people that yeah these ppvs are big on the outside but tight on the inside. Which is true. I was also in my colleague's Fortuner and it really feels narrow in the 2nd row seats. Which makes me wonder why people really love these ppvs. Then I realize.. true it's the bandwagon. Since they look cool on the outside, that's all. And that it it's a so-called family car because it's a 7-seater but nah no space for cargoes or even your backpacks when you are driving it to your hometown and with all the family members in the car. You know what I mean. This mazda cx8 has more space after the 3rd row. Wow amazing! Also, most people consider the price first. "Uy mahal nyan." yung iba na lang malaki pa, 7-seaters pa, mas maganda pa yung interior." Even with the compact suvs, mazda is considered to be expensive? Why? I don't want to sound bias here but you go to a mazda showroom and check out their cars. Even seeing the interior... it's way premium than those chinese cars. Back in 2020.. late 2020 when lockdown was finally lifted, I went straight to a Geely showroom to check that popular model that I saw here on youtube. And... I was really amazed on how luxurious the interior was that I almost ordered one...but when I happened to pass by a mazda dealer on the way to a mall, I saw lovely car designs so I dropped by and I told myself.. this is on another level. Man... it's a European level of quality. Just by seeing the interior quality of the Mazda 3 and all the other cars, and that's immediately coming from the Geely showroom... it's just different. It's really different. Lastly, I'd suggest you test drive their cars first before making any comments. Better yet if you can rent one, do it and decide for yourself how good this brand is. You will see and feel the difference. Unless you're a beginner driver. I just realized why the bigger engine compared to other suvs or even mpvs. Even with just the Mazda 2. Oh and their high compression ratios give you a better FC than what the paper says. Once I finally have my own Mazda. A cx30 hopefully, I will make a detailed vlog about the brand.
