Sounds like the heat shield, I'm wondering if it simply needs tightened.

I still have the same rattle issue I reported in this video here. The cracking issue from the last video is 90% better and kind of solved.

So fms does not have an answer to have normal fitting silencer not making additional noise / touching?

The rattle came from the connecting exhaust clamp between cat and middle pot. FMS were not able to fix it. But we could fix it at my Mazda dealer 👍🏻

So you had the mid pipe piece with rear silencer? And Mazda fixed after? No issue with warranty if it’s cat back right? Did fms change the rusting tips?

@ericalaniz8269 yes mid pipe and rear silencer from fms. Should not affect the Mazda warranty but the fix was not covered my Mazda warranty as it was related to fms parts. But my Mazda workshop did not charge me for the fix 😊👍🏻. And yes, fms changed the rusting tips as you can see in the video 😉
