Mazda Rx-7 VERY BAD Rhd to Lhd Conversion TEARDOWN in 10mins=P2

Dashboard area full components teardown...reveals a very bad Rhd to Lhd conversion. Time Lapse and a little discussion in 10 mins

Can you do a S15 rhd to lhd swap? Car is cutrently converted to LHD but i want al conversion parts to be original

Yes I can, but it will be costly and hard for me to do without a reference. In this Rx7 we used original LHD parts from the US and used my silver RHD Rx7 parts car as a reference even though its RHD its still a good reference as to where each mounting bolt is located for the aircon system, etc. But I can still do it

sir ask k lang po sa importation nyan kung paano planning to buy a FD rx7 or 350z na RHD from japan kc alam k bawal yung RHD satin diba? tska nag rebuild din po kayo ng Rotary engine? or nag street port or bridge port po tnx.

Yes we do street port and bridge porting. Wala na importation..last was port irene pero wala na din ngayon, so your chance ay bumili sa mga dati na naipasok tapos binebenta

I know this vid is from 2 years ago but im hoping my notice comment ko. worth it po ba na first car converted LHD from RHD? safe ba? baka po may pros and cons kayong mabibigay :D

LHD conversion are safe and worth it, if they are done right. Get the right mechanic shop and they will do a perfect conversion (or do it yourself if you have the experience). There are no cons, if the conversion is done correctly.

If this is an R plate vehicle, well yeah, it's normal that the conversion is more like a hackjob since the importers were battling against time, so cars had to be ready to be sold ASAP. imports with B plates were converted better. Plus, there is not much you could expect from the importers making a fortune out of our fellow citizens- paspasan at pagkakatubuan. I'd say this is good enough. If you were expecting a flipped wiring harness, that would've added 2 more weeks from the existing 4 weeks allowance, for the bush mechanics to figure out what to do. Bog or Masilya dashboards, consider it as craftsmanship, it takes a lot of creativity and wit to remodel a dashboard from RHD to LHD with just tape and scissors! HAHAHA just kidding.
