I took your advice and did the same with my rx7. The drift and showcase tyres were awful barely had control with my drifts. As for speedcross. Only car that work well with it is just mini. It has really great drift handling.

I tried this build out at it works really well the only thing I changed on it was the suspension I used the pro on road suspension and it seems to give me a lot more control

I know you're not playing anymore. However I've found a better way to make the rx7 slide like butter. Run the 3.8 v8 with a screw supercharger, 4 speed gear box, showcase susp. And diff. Super lvl drag tires. Trust me when I say I didn't even have to try to shatter all my current records. She slides sooo well I don't need to use manual transmission. 😂🤙

I have a similar set up with my rx7 except for suspension. I use pro road. Main difference is i stayed at 380 hp. Allows me to really control the car well while drifting.

I recommend the evo 9 if ya put the right parts in it then you can not only slide but also race.why you ask? It goes 60mph in 1.92 secs and it can slide at great speeds

Dude... I was not liking this car for drift until I put the drag tires on. Now this car is God status. Wtf! I would've never guessed drag tires would make this car that much better. Also, I tuned my steering sensitivity up all the way and my downforce as low as I can.
