We did change headlight bulbs, just missed it on the video. We also use 12 volt coil but since condensor is after coil, it's not voltage sensative so no need to change.

On the blackout drive light, which is only available in 6V, would you place a 12 to 6V resistor on the wire to the light?

Yes, jeep was always negative ground. Some WWII early Dodges and Diamond T trucks were positive ground.

I just break out the old bulbs from the rear lens and push in an LED one. What I was wondering though is did you fit a Positive or Negative Earth Alternator and if it was positive why does the Starter Motor not run backwards

Hi Daryl , on the tail light and marker lights , how did you get around the problem with the bulb "tits" On the older bulbs both are the same height and on newer , let's say 1157 one tit is slightly higher than the other one .....how do you go around that ?

I'm going to swap my 49 Plymouth from the positive ground 6v to 12v negative ground, have all the parts, i imagine the jeep is a negative ground?

Yes headlight bulbs were changed to 12v. We stock both sealed beam and halogen 12v bulbs for mb/gpw
