Maam.. IIT Roorkee Or MDI IB as GEM.. What should I choose

If you are confident on your skills then MDI IB is the obvious choice. MDI IB would give you alot better opportunities and exposure than IITR which, if you can leverage, can be helpful for your profile.

As a iit Goa cse there was no discrimination in the job recruitment they don't see iit or nits but they see skill as I am a general student I genuinely worked hard now I am in Infosys with 30lpa 😂

Working from 3 years first year package was 21 second was 27 now 30 the growth is slow but there is a growth none the less
