Hi Maria, @27:15, you mentioned about how the work increased the X% revenue of the company. For my job it's quite difficult to get this information. Can you share some tips to estimate a number to revenue increase as a consequence of your work.

Hi there Gaurav! Ok, so not everyone's work might increase the company's revenues, but it's important to try to find ways to *quantify* results whenever possible. So, maybe you don't help revenue, but you can use other metrics, like "decreased the amount of time needed for a process from 6 days to 1 day" or "increased customer satisfaction with our app by 15%". There are some cases where your impact can't be easily quantified, but you can still start with the result anyway: "Enhanced customer satisfaction with app by leading a team of 3 to overhaul the onboarding experience". Does this help? Happy to provide more examples if they would be useful!

Example: Business Developer Consultant, Company XYZ, 2018-2020 Client: Company ZYX, focus area: Project Management, 2018-2019 Client: Company ABC, focus area: Marketing, 2019-2020 How should I best frame this on my resume?
