Question no .78 when the run in the same direction they will meet 15 times becaus for every extra lapes A takes more than B, A meet B on circular track here 15 steps extra taken by A so A will meet 15 times with B .

In question 78, according to the option none is correct as they will meet in same and opposite direction 15 and 35 times repectively.

Along with relative speed we have to use common sense too, for instance let's assume two F1 cars racing in a circular circuit provided both cars speed is different then in the given time suppose the slower car makes 3 complete round of circuit and the complete round made by faster car be 5. As it is a circular circuit hence in 5 round covered be faster car it would have met slower car 5 times.

​@@harshvardhan7379 That will happen only if the slower car is not moving. If it is moving then the cars will not meet 5 times. Then you need to take the relative speeds and calculate the time taken for them to meet and then divide the total time by the time you have just calculated using relative speed.

naah like agar B 25 rounds complete karega same time me to obvious hai 25 times milega A se but agar relative speed lere to 1st meet in 10 mins aara to 150 mins me 15 aana chaiye yhi smj nhi aara

Sir in Qsn 78 wouldn't they meet 15 times when they are running in the same direction because for the first time they will meet after 10 minutes. so after every 10 minute they will be meeting again. so in 150 times they will meet 150/10= 15 times? whats wrong in this method? pls tell

Heyy Pranjal, I could not ignore your comment, I don't know whether you are from 3yr/4yr undergrad. degree, don't start so early for CAT, you should focus on your profile development more, because MBA is not all about CAT, you gotta survive once you get in right ? You can start doing basic personality development which includes reading, speaking, certifications, taking part in competitions, explore...at least give yourself 1 yr, once you got in college, you can also focus on getting good gpa, which needs dedication no doubt.
