Nice discussion. As rightly said morphine is contraindicated In hypotension and bradycardia especially in inferior wall infarction. Reason for bradycardia in inferior wall is this. Inferior wall is supplied by right coronary artery and the av nodal artery is a branch of right coronary artery and hence the bradycardia.

Angiotensin converting enzyme is necessary for the degradation of bradykinin. When ace inhibitors are given degradation of bradykinin is not taking place and there will accumulation of bradykinin and hence the cough , which does not occours in arb.
