Thank you to the entire team for the case presentation videos. I am sure it will be of great help to all the future doctors. I just like the way how a wholesome history of the patients is being presented by the internees(I suppose). excellent case discussion sir .. I think when history presentation its should be an order like known pt with DM and Hypertension coming with And presnting complaint /symptom anylysis and then go for Differential diagnosis exclude .. That format give a clear picture about the patient. In here sometime i got troubles when anlysing history..

The way of presentation is of MBBS Case format where Chief complaints is presented followed by hopi, past history family social history.
