18073 is the fee paid to the Selection committee. Subsequently, Rs. 5000 were collected at the college during admission. I have proof. If you have not paid it, then it's great.

It's not for you to change. Allotment will happen as per availability. If open seats are available in the college of your choice, you will be allotted open seats. Reservation seats will be allotted only after ALL open seats were allotted.

Good afternoon sir I am an Indian citizen but born abroad in UAE. My parents are both native Tamils born in Tamilnadu. I studied 6 to 12 continuously in Tamil Nadu school. I have gotten my Nativity certificate which says "native by birth" despite being born in UAE. Will it be any issue in TN State Quota counseling?

You cannot give 12th TC as it is not valid. You must produce college TC at the time of admission. But, for registration, you can get a bonafide certificate from the college that you are currently studying there.

Can you get a seat? I have no idea. The process - register with MCC after NEET results. During registration, please ensure that you select the ESI quota. Then, during the choice filling, you can select the AIQ seat as well as IP seats.

15000rs fees do not need explanation. Most of schools collect more than 25000 for lkg.

The question is not about the amount. It's about transparency. If a hotel displays Rs. 100 for an item in the menu, but subsequently charges Rs. 200, will you be happy? It's not the amount.
