this proves that growl dance is not easy like that. look at how jongin can do it perfectly and slowly but the trainees can't do it easily. it's more detail in the choreography and it's harder than we watch.

for those who doesn't understand what is happening in the video: kai basically asked the trainees if he can speak comfortably and started to refer himself as "hyung" while talking to them. he also said that the 2 trainees that did his part in Growl made him feel very special and asked if he could watch their performance one more time. he also gave advices to the trainees and said that he wanted to teach everything to the trainees because they shouldn't and cannot lose! our jongin is really the sweetest 💝

And when you're having a hard time, remember why you do this in the first place. You're here because you love performing/what you're doing, so enjoy yourself (even if it's competition). It won't be good if you don't enjoy it. Also, the other team(Taemin's team)...make sure you beat them (😂😂😂)" and then he gave tips on how to tackle some details in growl's choreo.
