@@Queen-xn8ci To be honest, we do not use the cup holders that came with it, as my son's Contigo water bottle does not fit inside. I believe the whole booster seat has two recline options. We use the most reclined option (option 2), and my son sleeps like a champ :) But the headrest does not recline by itself.

My child is 65 lbs and 55 inches tall and his shoulders are almost touching the bottom of the headrest that curves down. That’s WAY below the height and weight max. What am I missing?? I just bought this seat and I don’t want to have to go to a backless booster already.

Look up Cybex b-solution with isofix rails. Less than 1/2 price and tons of EU certifications (more strict than US). Pretty much same seat. You’ll thank me later
