During DRC war , Zim troops directly fought with Rwandan backed rebels ( Banyamulenge) and Rwandan army....so there is history between the two countries...hence why Kagame didnt want to shake our Presidents hand.....there is history between our nations and what is happening now..is similar to 1998-2004
