Synarthrosis joints, are also known as synarthrotic joints, these are our immovable joints.
Amphiarthrosis joints, are also known as amphiarthrotic joints, these are our slight movable joints.
Diarthrosis joints, are also known as diarthrotic joints, these are our freely movable joints.
Make sure you understand the functional classification of synarthrosis, amphiarthrosis, and diarthrosis joints, there is a strong chance you may see this type of material on the MBLEx.
Remember, that Anatomy & Physiology is going to consist of 12% of the MBLEx. That means that there will be somewhere around 12 questions out of 100 that will cover materials like this... so make sure you know this material.

Its crazy because the prefixes of these terms have meanings that don't seem to apply after studying the medical terminology. Syn-together Amphi-on both sides Di-double Studying for this test feels more like studying another language than actually learning massage.

@@WellKnownReyes so, I’m in Newfoundland Canada and we do things differently but we just finished myology, very brutal course, and now ere doing orthopaedic assessment, so we’re learning about the joints and the ROM, I have my mid term exam on Wednesday and Thursday is my ORal practical exam .

@@WellKnownReyes you must be talking about your OSCE exams, haha yeah they’re the ones you write $2700 to write them and then you pass and get your RMT lisence. It’s a 2 year course here changing to 3 years very soon, very fast course and in-depth and required a minimum of a 70 to pass
