New gold mining hammer mill and sluice box combo for mobile gold prospecting and sampling! This unit is a fully enclosed gold mining system to take gold ore, tailings, dump piles, etc. and recover the gold with one single piece of equipment. The gold ore is dumped into the top of the machine where it is ground and crushed up to liberate the gold. The ore then falls through a screen and flows directly down into a sluice where the liberated and free fine gold particles are captured in the sluice box. This unit can be mounted to a truck or trailer for a complete portable mining plant that can be towed directly to the mine site and be up and processing ore quickly and efficiently. I'm looking @4:13 and I don't see a zirc fitting on that bearing. I can say from experience that when a manufacturer says that they use "sealed" bearings, buy two sets because someone is going to change one within a week of 12 hour shifts on just about any conveyor head pully. My favorite thing that they told us was that adding grease to a "sealed" bearing would kill it. I may be missing the zirc in this shot though. EDIT - I think the zirc is on the far side of the beraing away from the camera. I should have known you had this covered.

Get a ATV and a small trailer hook up to it and you could get back into some good gold rich creek beds with that compact set up! You could produce 50 to 100+ times more than if you hiked in with a small sluice and bucket!! Have a GREAT Day!!!

Jason I have two4"lg 2" pin valves. I have been thinking powder mill due to size and it's current Fab and I have new heavy rod 18" 1.5+1.75 thick and I have 4 of them and 1round ball 3" fells 8 10 lb and of course ball mill on assembly line 6" intake in to 1" minus secondary the one you have on this video.

I suggest a rubber or silicone trim on that discharge chute, an automotive door edge gaurd would be sufficient to stop that water leakage...flour gold is being washed away there.

You know, if you set that engine up with a wood gassifier and a wood chipper, then your customers won't have to go back to town to buy gasoline and haul it to whatever remote place they're mining. That's a big deal for anyone that is trying to mine in privacy.

Have you looked into cobbling up a woodgas fuel system with sound deadening compounds on the noisy parts for miners that want to go undetected and not need to trek out for gas or diesel? Between bandits and gubments, there are a lot of reasons to want to run a stealthy operation. I'll be glad to send you what I know about sound reduction and wood gassifiers.

large scale miner here and owner of one of your tables, i think a higher energy sluice would be better even for very fine hardrock gold. there is a good size for vortex too big and it collapse and needs too much energy to maintain its stability. too small it becomes overwhelmed too easily when loaded with slurry. many miners are putting huge volumes over 6lb expanded metal and having good results with very fine gold often in tailings. i would just try it, get a piece of 4 or 6lb expanded metal and add a little more water. remember this isnt to catch more gold(but maybe) on small runs, its to be able to improve the recovery vs ore sample ratio on larger scales. Nothing beats a sluice for gold recovery, simplicity, and cost on large scale

this needs a companion... a conveyor belt with small hopper, empty a five gallon bucket into the hopper and let the conveyor belt raise the load to the back of the pickup into the hammermill sluice.

You don't need all that equipment to get gold. Find a good hiding spot. In a couple years everyone will be dead then you just go to fort Knox and get all the gold you want.
