That’s why divorce is discouraged yet permissible in Islam.. Same is the case with halala.. Normally its not as easy as this concept seems to be coz most of the time the 2nd husband not want to divorce his wife and its torturous for the 1st husband too to accept his wife again.. so the concept of hilala is very crucial and cruel in reality

If Halala is planned then its haram. Halala ho jata h kia nahi jata. if her 2nd husband dies or divorces her then she can marry her previous husband if she wants to. But if the 2nd marriage is being done just for intention of doing intercourse and then divorce and marry previous husband then its haram.
