There is a world of difference between guesswork and news. Talking about IMF and World Bank, why on earth should Saudi Arabia care about these in the face of state guarantees is meaningless. No government can renege on the latter. Moreover, Saudi Arabia was fully aware of the economic and political situation in the country at the time the visit was announced.
