For anybody new to this kind of fighting game, Highly recommended to come up with your own combos and experiment in your own to get a feel on how of these work. Because of hitstun deterioration (which a lot of other games don't have) some starters will make the combo be techable early in the combo making you whiff, so always experiment with the starters you know you will be using and adjust the combo accordingly so it actually ends in a knockdown. That way you will know how to adjust from stray hits and improvise better since some of these combos (the longer ones) won't be possible depending on how you started them. Even adding a jumpin starter can alter the whole thing so keep it simple at first.

How you do the short IAD after the 2BC? I could never figure that out

do 2b 2c, hold 9 while 2c is till going and as soon as you see you Akiha become airborne use the dash macro. All I'm saying is that you don't need to time it, just hold forward and jump simultaeneously while the animation of 2c is happening and dash when you see Akiha take off.

In the first combo how do you connect C 214A C consistently? I can't get the timing for the last C and even if I manage it after the B (hold) the 214B will whiff. Are the timings really that ridiculous or am I doing something wrong?

Typically for the 214B after the hold I start executing the 214 before the B hold damage is complete. The timing is very tight. In a lot of cases I'm squeezing as much as I can before hitstun decays too far so there's not a ton of room

Whatever you do do not spam 5S, figure out how big the gap is and learn to time it. Do a little delay before the 5S, it should solve the problem.
