Yes she is, I met her in person in 2012 when she came to dc the week of Martin Luther King Jr holiday the same time around my 16th birthday that year. She was djing there as well and I was so nervous and shy at the same time lol right where I was standing directly in front of her near the stage and I just totally almost forgot where I was lol I was too nervous to ask her for a picture lol but either way she was cool and super nice to me as well

Rap City was AFTER Yo MTV Raps. BET only showed rap videos occasionally. They'd show a few on Video Soul and Video Vibrations, with the occasional Rap Week, but Rap City was made after Yo MTV Raps blew up.
