Better to get notice for non compliance and go to NCLT and get is quashed. Professional fees also can be charged. Government creates opportunities.

If governemnt will accept “x has filed, i have not but consider x filing as filing “ as a ground of appeal then do not bother about software and do not file. If govt penalises then donot file till last person is also filing without a hitch.

The same is happening in Income Tax Portal too managed by Infosys. It seems that Infy is bas efor the problems. The same attitude continued by LTI Mind Tree.

The deals are made without understanding what is to be done. There is no detailed requirement . No verifiable outcome pre defined. If the paper work had been done properly and due diligence done this would not have happend. Software companies love it when they get a purchase order without proper requirement and get their advance payment paid.

Dear Sucheta mam first of all thank you so much for raising this issue when no other journalist did. The phase 3 that is the version 3 of MCA filing can be called the worst filing system in the Indian regulatory space over the years. It has been launched half cooked and without any trial. From the day the forms migrated from V2 to V3 they are not getting proceeded after step 1 itself it is such full of errors that every person is finding one or the other error every day. Now what does this mean? The MCA filing system has never been complicated. It is a simple electronic form filing. It has created a very tough situation for the company secretary fraternity. While practicing CS are losing clients, CS in employment are being questioned for their credibility. The small businesses are unable to get a private company or an LLP status due to failure to incorporate. The bigger companies are unable to proceed with their business decisions as the forms are not being filed.

Filed from inc28 alongwith nclt order for dissolution of company. Got resubmission as some form was not registered by roc. Once we got the matter sorted ,couldn't resubmit form. Mca accepted there was a technical issue and once it is sorted I would be able to resubmit the form. However , without getting any solution form inc28 was cancelled on v3 portal. Now have been advised that I should refile the form with fresh fees. Nclt order is supposed to be filed within 14 days. Now if I try to refile the form it would amount to that I have not abide by nclt order and mca may again send the form for resubmission as there is delay in filing nclt order.

Thank you so much mam for covering this issue. Here is my case, form INC 22 approved for shifting of RO from one state to another however master data not updated with new address. Form RD 1 not approved till date so we are unable to file Form INC 27 for conversion of public company to private Ltd. None of the SRN of V2 have come to V3 till date.

I started engagement with a new client with a great proposals in the month of September and struggling from that period till this month to complete the procedure because of improper linking of SH-7 and PAS-3 where the IT people in the webinar promised last week that this will be sorted out in this month - but the question who bears the penalty and why the client should bear - as usual no response. Govt should have waived all the additional fees till the matters are sorted out.

The only solution ia to let the old system run with the new system for atleast a year. Like for income tax website, the old website was working so well that there was no need to shut it off completely while switching to a new website. Total waste of time for students too who have to feel helpless sitting at their computer trying to find a solution.

Thanks Ma'm. After looking and hearing the horror story about the V2 & V3, I am a tax professional stepped back to take new Corporate clients, specially ROC Related compliance and sadly I am not getting the growth in my profession with every Govt. Complinace portals. Be it GST, Income Tax, DGFT, ROC, Udyam, State managed GST Portals, ICEGATE, Certificate of Origin (Coo) and also hurdles in many Nationalised banks espesiaclly SBI and Bank of Baroda (whether Online or Offine, it doesn't matter, in both modes, customers are not getting the proper services).

There is a standard reply from helpdesk saying clear caches, history and try again. Infact I told them that I just got a new laptop. So the question of clearing cache, cookies are not applicable. Still the reply is clear cookies
