Gather your docs now such as Taxes and W2's (for the past 10 years) Marriage Certificate, Spouse U.S. Citizen Birth Certificate, Copy of Bills with you and your spouse name on it.

LOL not sure you need 10 years, but you're right, the more govt/fed docts you can gather the better. also health insurance, car insurance, deeds to property, leases, payment of bills in the US, letters of recommendation from employers, church, volunteering at charities. all good stuff. I had one guy bring me photo IDs from all his schools from pre school through his graduate degree, like 24 school photo IDs and for sure I sent them all in. you also forgot degrees, professional learning certificates. all good stuff. and make sure child and spousal support is paid up. (although I've never figured that one out, seems to me if you don't pay, you should have to stay until you're paid up)

If someone was married to a us citizen, have a I130 approved but divorce . That person run away for his life because of abuse..he has a vawa approved but was in deportation still living in the US over 10 years, file for cancelation of removal but denied and failed again..do he qualify for Paroles in place? Why waiting for cancelation of removal that is pending.

then make law school free. currently it's $50,000 per year, 3 years. then you study for the bar, BARBRI is about $5k now. Licensing fees $1k, we are not all trust fund babies. office rent, employees, clerks, assistants, legal computerized data bases, you're looking at overhead per year of about $50k even after you get out PER LAWYER. you do know that all lawyers have a doctorate, right? unless you give lawyer free office, free rent, free staff, they cannot work for free. legal secretaries and paralegals for that office now run $30k to $40k each and that's not paying them enough for what they do.
