Olive oil is very healthy, however, you don't deep fry olive oil. You get the most of it when NOT fried ( ie for salads, garnishing, shallow frying etc) Please don't use olive oil for stew and other deep frying. if you want to fry things or prepare stews you can use vegetable, coconut, peanut or corn oils. There are reasons why that is but I don't want to get technical here lol #thought I should share#.

Maggie sakyi yes something happens hun, I'm not talking about what physically happens when you're cooking with it, I'm talking about the chemical composition of the oil and that too much heating isn't good. like I stated before I don't want to get all technical but you can read more on the organic chemistry of oils especially olive oil and how it relates to everyday use like cooking. Exactly Peanut oil is the best for cooking as well as deep frying
