The salad is perfectly fine..For those who are not aware that you can toss the salad with olive oil. You can also make vinegeret with the olive oil and vinegar with black pepper and chopped garlic. Instead of drenching it with salad cream and mayonnaise which is not the healthiest. I usually don't comment but find the comments about the salad unfair. Great job to Joe and Nana Ama.
