My son has 4 acres decided to built a house on his land in McCall , have no idea if he already built it ,seems prices going up so rapidly and more people moving there . Visited there 3 yrs ago very beautiful but it get too cold in winters .

sad to see historic family farms being gobbled up by out of state buyers. this recent trend is crushing the local economy, sending property values thru the roof and inflating the cost of living. Native Idahoans cant afford to by property in Idaho anymore. especially in Valley county!!! 😞

It's not worth it and because it's a ski resort is going to be crowded especially down in town this is only beautiful if you're young enough to take care of it otherwise it's not worth $2000000 and besides one good fire and that'll all change
