Man what a touchy subject. I’ve been battling with lesbianism since a child but I’ve felt the conviction to change while others go to God and feel no need to change at all. And the way both sides go at each other...it’s sooooo hard for those who struggle. Like Donnie says, i didn’t ask for this but I guess we all have our cross to carry.

You don’t need to change a thing! Love who you love, anyone who judges you is projecting their own insecurities onto you. God does not condemn you for being gay. What people fail to mention regarding the religion/ homosexuality issue is that Religion is a CHOSEN lifestyle/etc. No one is born Christian/ Jewish/ etc. No one is born believing that homosexuality is wrong/ a sin/ etc. As far science/etc, there is no scientific research/ evidence that has shown that religion/religious beliefs are a permanent part of person. Religion/ religious beliefs can be changed/altered through various ways- therapy/self exploration/etc, unlike a person's race, age /etc.

Yes. Everything is a choice. Including life or death. This further amplifies the attribute that man/woman has the power of will…. Understanding the power of your will and your choice comes from knowledge…The word gives you a way…what I have found in my life, I am convicted that it is THE way…and it is through his grace, I chose God. Others may not and probably will not. They will have to live (or die) with that choice. Again, I want to stress that I make mistakes…I cannot do this with my own intellect or strength…I don’t imagine anyone can. But this is the life I chose…others will have to make that choice for theirselves. Wishing everyone well and through love

@@sunshineyears but no one really knows the word of god. because the bible was written 2000 years ago by humans who followed and believed in jesus who christians believe to have preached god's words as he was sent by god. so the original bible scriptures were flawed because they are written memories of people about jesus and jesus' words. and then the bible was translated and scriptures/parts were lost and changed evidently through time. so it's flawed, wether you believe in god or not, the bible has errors and contradictions. and i think everyone who is christian would have to reflect on that. the bible can't be the absolute in my opinion. (i personally also believe that a merciful god couldn't be one of law and absolute)

@LIL ZXC Official LIL ZXC Official hm, maybe we'll just have to agree to disagree then. but I'll still let you know my thoughts on that :) different christians interpret the bible differently and there is different versions of the bible. there are some original scriptures that differ from the texts we know. and in ten years maybe they'll dig out another one. so I think it's not possible that the bible is always right. and maybe God would let us know all the mistakes in ten years. or in a hundred. or never. I think, it's good that enough Christian organizations agree to view the bible critically. I'm very much agnostic but if there really is a God and he is somewhat like the one Christians believe in, I think he really would want us to be critical thinkers. and to doubt the words of the bible is not doubting God per se. I found an article written by a Christian that said something along the lines of: the bible was mediated as god's word through human authors. human authors that lived in a specific time, had a specific style and used poetry to convey certain lessons or messages. as i said I don't really believe in a certain religion. but I certainly think that if the Christian God really exists, he would not give us one way to follow and to disregard every path that takes another turn. I think he would maybe lay out some morals and basic principles that are of high importance (like charity/neighbourly love, mercy etc). but I do not believe he would give us certain and absolute rules to live our lives after. because Jesus was a critical thinker. he criticized the beliefs others thought of as absolute. so I do think that God would allow there to be right and wrong, "truth" and mistakes, this and that opinion in our world. because we as humans must think for ourselves and doubt the things around us to a healthy extend :)

Gay, everything in life is fair game that's his excuse for abusing women he said he liked and making money off of it and if standard a name and won't let they named go even on his radio show and on TV at church. That's as fair game to abused women acting like he likes them. He make money off of people getting upset over the things he say that's upsetting he manipulates the situation and complain the other person, the a narcissist. Using the bible.
