What is the purpose of the hedge in the first or the last or any place , PERIOD !!!!!

Hedges are a natural barrier to prevent livestock moving from one field to another and to Mark land boundaries.

Good cutter the Mcconnel, i like all the features of the PA 47 apart from the break back system and i would have to convert it to right hand cut but thats just me.
