It's not though, the machine has been fixed in most locations as of 2020. It never had anything to do with lazy employees. It had to do with the company that made the machines. They had to call them every time one broke down; until McDonald's new partnership with a manufacturing company that made it so that most locations can fix them on the spot if they break down If they are still telling you the machine is broken at your local McDonald's, *they are lying to you*
