McDonald's Manager Harassed a U.S. Army Combat Veteran (Jerico Matias Cruz)

Jose Vargas called 9-11 and only Chicago Fire Department responded on the scene for emergency response. After eating his purchased food items, Jerico Matias Cruz used the washroom to wash his hands.
