I remember when my brothers appendix burst 25ish years ago. There was a McDonald's across the street from the hospital. Mcrib's and Nintendo 64 for 3 or 4 days straight.

I like to "Menu Hack" around the McRib. For example, I'll buy a McDouble and then layer everything (except the bun) inside the McRib. Same with the Big Mac, the McChicken (Jr. Chicken here in Canada), Filet O Fish, and so on.
