McDonald’s Style McAloo Tikki Burger at Home 🍔 |

Recipe: 1. Take a pan, add oil, butter, onions and cook till translucent. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute. 2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, degi chilli powder, garam masala, pepper and salt. Cook. 3. Add carrot along with soy sauce, red chilli sauce, boiled peas and grate boiled potatoes. Combine everything well. 4. Top with some coriander leaves and also add some corn flour. 5. Now make aloo tikki with the prepared potato mix. Coat with corn flour, then dip in corn flour + maida + water slurry and finally coat with bread crumbs. 6. Deep fry in hot oil till you get a beautiful golden brown colour. 7. Toast the buns in butter and prepare the dressing/sauce by mixing mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, degi chilli powder and peri peri masala. 8. Assemble the burger, serve and enjoy!
