If you prefer less salt in your taco seasoning (and can find it), Mrs. Dash makes a salt-free Taco seasoning that I rather like. It's meant for beef, I think, but it will work on most anything: chicken thighs, pork shoulder, tofu, beans, TVP, etc.. In Okinawa, they have taken to Taco Rice, where you basically put taco fillings onto white rice. I prefer to use brown rice, seasoned protein (e.g.: beef), black beans, sweet corn, pico de gallo (diced onion, tomato and cilantro), shredded green cabbage, and shredded Monterey Jack and medium cheddar cheeses. With black pepper and Cholula Green Pepper sauce on top. Sometimes there's jalapeños, sometimes ripe olives, sometimes plain yogurt ...possibly even chopped egg. When extra hungry, I use it as a dip with tortilla chips. I enjoy it far more than I should. Or, rather, I enjoy more of it than I should when I have it.

I buy carnitas, which is pork, season it. Then I cook it in the slow cooker for 6 hours and shred it on tacos. It is amazing!

Your taco videos are my favorite. Maybe you could make a mixed of different kinds and rate them...beef, pork, fish, shrimp, bean, shrimp... Really just an excuse for you to do more taco videos :D Also, make your own seasoning--tastes way better and you can moderate the salt 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoons ground cumin 1/4 cayenne pepper powder * 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes * 1 tablespoon of corn starch 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper * adjust these ingredient amounts to desired level of spice Add all the spices to a mason jar, cover, and shake. Use on any taco meat or beans. Add one to two tablespoons to your meat/beans as it's cooking with half a cup to a cup of water. Cook as normal until it thickens. Add more to taste as desired. If stored in an air tight container, these spices keep for quite a long time, so I usually double this or even quadruple this batch size. I also use this seasoning for making taco soup and in a taco pasta salad. If you are deep frying something, you can add this to the dry coating to give your fried food some flavor too.

Have you ever heard of chicken cordon bleu? It’s chicken breast with swiss cheese and ham stuffed inside. I made chicken cordon bleu fries you should try. I air fryed the fries and put garlic powder on them. Cut the chicken into small chunks seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and pepper. Then ripped up lunch meat ham and swiss cheese, put it all over the fries and chicken then baked it for 10 mins on 350
