Of course it’s not great, the best time to get ANY take out is when there the busiest, going in actually is quicker here… 2:1 including the numbered waiting spots… it’s nothing like 5 guys you could not afford a 5 guys there £20+ a head….

So McD's......In line with the football..... Make what is essentially a triple cheeseburger, whack a huge price point on it, name it the hat trick burger, and people pay these prices? We have a place up here in Dingwall, County Kebabs, great reviews, amazing burgers.... flame grilled, on a brioche bun, absolutely massive. You get a double cheeseburger, bacon, salad, chips and a drink for £6.80 and it is truly sublime. McDonald's see you lot coming. No doubt in 3 weeks, they will release the Euro Burger and it will be just a normal Big Mac and they will charge a tenner for it..... and people will pay.

They are mid way between triple cheese burger patties and quarter patties. A double quarter is still more meat overall. That said this hatrick is good in my opinion, I think it’s the new style onions that help too.

The meat to the 'rest of the burger' ratio is far too high. The deluxe double 1/4 pounder worked, but this one is a distinct fail. It is not, however just a triple cheesburger, that is utter nonsense.

I like onions done like that, similar to Hot Dog onions I suppose. Not keen on the lashings of Ketchup though, Maccie D's burger sauce is a far superior option for a burger. Maybe they just wanted it to be distinct from their other burgers. *And the gherkin stays.
