Bought this because of your review.Just taped rubber indentions before I sprayed acrylic lacquer on it.Now it has that metalic shiny look with the black rubber matte.Perfect height and proportion just takes getting used to because we are used to having smaller human troops

that's the halo anniversary master chief anniversary 3 pack halo 2 chief it was also used for the white and blue halo 2 spartan

the paint job is better than both of those figures so its still good for being an repaint why cant marvel legends do better paint jobs on their remolds especially considering mcfarlane has higher standards abd paints by hand

Anthony, do you think they will do a Halo 2 remastered line? Everything in the H2 Anniversary has a new design (minus the Grunts). And maybe even re-release H3 figures? I honestly think it'd be stupid not to.

anthony, this chief was in (i believe, don't quote me on this) the 'evolution of chief' three pack from halo universe, with halo CE master chief, halo 2 chief (who was a brighter olive drab with a gold visor instead of an amber color) and a halo 3 chief, like the one you showed here. so it's a minor repaint, but GOD does it look alot better. that, and it comes with more than those dinky SMGS that the three pack's halo 2 chief came with, thankfully. truly a chief figure mcfarlane should be proud of, especially since 343 basically shat all over chief's original (and in my opinion better) design. also, stacking the two up side by side, this chief is way taller, which is another reason why i like him. the spartan IIs are supposed to be taller than the later generations. that's how they were augmented. but no, chief's figure from halo 4 is about as tall as the other halo 4 figures out there. i'm rambling though. great video as always. fight the good fight brother.

I got a question. I ordered the new release of this master chief but got the older version from 2010. I ordered it off amazon and the company said they'll refund the purchase but shipping doesn't look like it's covered. How much do you think the older version would sell for? I bought it for $20. And how much should the newer 2014 version cost now?

Should I open this? I bought this and the cloaked Chief back in November and kept them in their boxes as if they would be worth something in the future. But this guy comes with so many weapons it's tempting.

Personally I like the halo like of figure the only thing that I don't like in this figures are there scale to small for my taste atleast make it 6 or 6 in a half like this to blend in with other figures like starwars and marvel legends they could still make a vehicle or mount from this scale in more standardize and fun to play with like to make a army build out of this line

Agree. I wish it was almost the same proportion as figma. It looks weird the figmas especially the anime characters are taller than mcfarlanes characters when posing together.
