Gotta say, I’m so glad they released a Beyond with the mouth guard. I know it’s cartoon/comic accurate, but the lip outline has always looked so ridiculously stupid. This variant actually makes me enjoy a Batman Beyond Figure finally.

This has always been one of my favorites. I prefer the actual Batman, but the Beyond version is also pretty wicked. Similar to the Spider-Man 2099. Now will McFarlane do it justice?

Lol! Great review! Bought this figure online on a whim, but then realized there were two different face variants, but looks like it was the one with sculpted mouth (whew, relief). As for bad subs, here in Japan there are Subway sandwhich shops here and I used to get the for free when my wife worked there the year I met her, but none of them were bad - lol!

Never liked the whole trend of seeing the kissy lips through the mask. It doesn't make them look "more human" makes them look odd.

I have to agree on wishing McFarlane would just do a line-up of classic DC Heroes. The oddities they are doing is more like Spawn meets Batman and it's not why I collect. I prefer classic figures. There are so many to choose from. Hope they do it soon. 🙏

So true that gimmick that Mcfarlane toys did with releasing a figure will had already gotten isn't cool. He's done it with the Death Metal Batman which was part of build to collect Bane.. The othe Death Metal Batman came with a red guitar. He also gave us two versions of Shriek one unmasked and one masked but in fairness that unmasked shriek looked freaking awesome. By the way, are those Bataram for the Batman Beyond figure or the Borg Batman? In the box's illustration it gives the impression that its a weapon for the build to collect figure. 😁
