Anyone who judges a band of 16/17 year old kids writing guitar Pop ballads about girls then assumes they'll sound the same 20 years later are just idiots. I mean imagine if people judged The Beatles on She Loves (Yeah) or Love Me Do etc...(which let's be frank today would be considered very Boybandish) 🤮 and not on the Sgt.Pepper and Revolver era! 🤯👌

I can't quite put my finger on what it is exactly, but something about this song, especially tom's verses is giving me strong 1960's rock vibes, kind of reminds me of the zombies. Not sure if it's the sound, the aesthetic, the hair..... but i absolutely love it.
