I'd almost suggest Radiated Reload instead of Hammer Shot; you get a bit faster reload, plus another element for the primary fire's CondiOverload bonus.

honestly Hammer Shot is just flat out gimmicky even though the 2 stats are good so I'd easily opt for reload speed because it's absolutely atrocious

Stabilizer is enough to make the recoil acceptable. Primary Merciless to turn the reload to 3.1 secs. Imo hammer shot is good on this weapon since it has above average Crit damage and additional status chance helps to proc status more. My rule of thumb is if the weapon has 2x cd multiplier or below its not worth to put hammer shot on it or if the weapon has abysmal status just put bladed rounds instead

@@martcorpuz5191 No, Merciless is not optimal. You're better off using Deadhead because of the -recoil and because it's easier to stack/keep stacked. If you wanna spice it up you can try Plated Rounds since you get +530% dmg, but you have to have a lot of fire rate to make full use of it.

I think the only thing that makes it actually a "prime" version is the extra 50 shots in the mag and the 1 second shorter reload, all the other buffs were small enough to ignore.

Sir, you must try maximum duration on lavos + gas. Lavos scale status duration with it’s continuity, which make gas clouds stay longer. Running around with jat kittag influence slam build and leaving deadly clouds for 15 seconds is hilarious. Sometimes acolytes die inside gas cloud, that was left there long ago without any additional help

Fun fact: if you go all out with Fire Rate, after enough shooting you reach peak recoil, where you literally cannot get more recoil. Best used on Gauss! This also helps with the relatively slow fire rate the gun has

While the damage didn’t see a big upgrade I will say the gun feels so much better with the enhanced reload and clip. I’m spending a lot more time firing and less downtime from reloading which lets me get to the stronger grenades faster. Just feels good.

I use crit delay with the 90% fire rate mod. It's probably not as strong as your build but it's still plenty strong with a comfortable fire rate of around 8.8/s

I really like running trumna gauss. Redline by itself fixes the reload issues on it so I dont have to mod for it and can invest more in damage and crit mods. It gets STUPIDLY SILLY when you stack Vile accel on the gun + Redline. Straight up stupid ammounts of fire rate, be adviced of wrist breaking recoil.

Oh sweet trumna. Not the strongest weapon but up there as one of my all-time favorites. Really fun primary but requires a bit of forma investment. Not much of an upgrade on the prime (4s reload is nice though) but an upgrade nevertheless. Will pick this up, thanks for the video!

From my personal experience with the base Trumna at least, this is partially true for the bouncing grenade it shoots with its alt-fire since the numerous explosions it creates while bouncing don't get a boost from GunCO, though that still just does _so_ much damage from just having a stacked up Acolyte Arcane that it doesn't really matter much in that regard either. On the surface this would _also_ seem to be true for the primary fire as well, but for the enemy that was hit by the *actual* hit-scan bullet that spawned the AoE, the AoE would apparently also get the CO boost as well (at least according to the GunCO spreadsheets). So GunCO on that front would be a pretty nice boost to the primary fire's kill-rate to, in turn, help throw out the alt-fire grenade more often and with potentially more stacks built up of whichever Acolyte Arcane you're using on it (unless you're running Dexterity, obviously). However, since the Trumna is a hit-scan weapon with its primary fire, that also means it apparently inherits that ancient and _incredibly annoying_ bug that makes it so the AoE that it spawns on hit _isn't affected by multishot in any way_ (also known as the thing that makes the Incarnon Zylok feel so awful to use instead of just using it for its normal mode), so the AoE part of the primary fire ends up being largely irrelevant for anything other than the extra single hit it provides for Status proccing despite on its face making up nearly half of the primary fire's damage according to the Arsenal screen.

My personal tip for Trumna secondary fire: fire it while sliding to fire it as low as possible, also aim at empty spot, so it bounce foward instead of up. I don't know if it actually works or not, but it feels like it work, and make room clearing a lot easier.

DE needs to stop giving variants of guns 0.5 riven dispo. With my riven, the base trumna just straight up is better than the prime, and so is my old quassus since it had even higher riven dispo than trumna did. Feels so bad making a new shiny gun knowing full well it's barely an upgrade just because of somebody's dumb decision to make disposition start at lowest possible.

I have a pretty beastly cc/cd/dam/-fr riven for mine- the fire rate isn't great from a throughput perspective, but further minimizing % downtime is great, and slower, chunkier hits really makes this one feel like the heavy bolter I want it to be. Plus the effect on the secondary fire is hilarious.

Honestly instead of galvanized scope, I opted for Primed Firestorm instead cause I do love my big badaboom! Also Trumna is one my all time favorite weapons in the game, I love the concept of feeding souls to a coffin gun and shooting a large blast, and I personally think it would be cool if the Prime had a unique sound effect making it sound more eery if you know what I mean, like souls from the underworld sounds
