I love seeing the way you build weapons to have fun with them. I went with galvanized reflex with normal elementalist and a pure heavy attack build with melee duplicate for the forced double slash on the thrown daggers, but they look like a mighty fine tennokai weapon as well.

Have you tried using zephyrs tornados and xatas whisper or kullervos link ability as helmith you could also use funnel clouds augment for 10 tornados and thats just so many hits,and yes xatas whisper does proc because it shoots a projectile

I highly insist you to try max status duration gas build with hight duration lavos and maybe lasting string. Put that with some hammer slam influence build and you have a budget dual ichor incarnon, but actually good and pleasant to use

This weapon is a Lavos main's dream, as all weapons are. Valence Formation Electric can proc influence and spread a lot of slash. It kills really well.

As advice for those who primarily intend to use the heavy attack, discipline merit is really good for getting free heavy attacks in the midst of combat without hampering the normal attacks. Since the weapon has good speed by default it makes for quite an effective hybrid build.

I wouldn't have thought the status chance was high enough for Influence, but SHOCKINGLY I was wrong.

You need 19% status for weeping wounds to hit 100% status chance at 12x combo so as long as you run a 60/60 or galvanized Elementalist you will have more than enough for weeping wounds to work. Same applies to blood rush only need 19% crit chance for 100% crit chance at 12x combo

Between Weeping, the new Galv mod, and the dual stats (both elemental and IPS) even relatively low base SC weapons can hit pretty high status.

Might try a more crit heavy build with the CC on heavy attack arcane and see how it do. If I get this thing. Edit: also have you considered revising the zenistar ever sence they added the new melee galvanized mods?
