How To Finish a Ferrule - 2023

Today on Boxes to Builds #8 We are reshafting a set of Taylormade P760 irons with custom shafts and Ferrules. Since the ferrule were installed poorly we will concentrate on fit and finish of the golf ferrule and how its importance has changed in the last few years. We are working with BB and F ferrules the popular stop for colored ferrules.
We will go through the assembly of a golf club then how to install, shape and finish a golf ferrule.

I have learned so much from your show. Here’s my question. I love BB&F custom look but I have Callaway’s that need a collared ferrule. Would love a video or your recommendation for BB&F ferrules with collars clubs. What do you think?

Good question! This has been a new predicament for me too. I get the collared ferrules that fit, cut off the collar and place them in the shoulder prior to the install

Great content and channel! Would you or anyone else be able to tell me what size ferrules I would need for Mizuno : JPX 923 Hot Metal irons? I've been told two different sizes ( .370 & .355 ) and now have no idea. lol

the mizuno iron is a 355 tip section however it would be very to use the 370 to push it down
