Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland, Martin McGuinness has given a strong indication that he would be willing to meet Queen Elizabeth if she makes a visit to Northern Ireland during her diamond jubilee. He declined an invitation to attend a function during her state visit to Ireland last year.
