@@lilmattere This model is the Beckett (611-194) however it is not manufactured by Howard miller anymore. The closest model you can find that Howard miller still manufacture is the Winterhalder II, the main difference between the two is that one has a swan neck pediment main while the other has a closed bonnet pediment.

Jay Thompson, We get them in for repair. since most were sold as kits for you to build at home, the quality of each clock varies wildly. Emperor did sell completed clocks also, some of those are pretty nice also.

McGuire's Clocks Inc. I agree i have one my self that was bought as a kit back in the 1970s. Still work's like a charm i oil it my self. I just took in a new england clock company grandfather clock. But it's missing the weights so im trying to figure out how to replace them.

Sheryl Findley it is a America ladder chain. It is pretty standard in this type of clock. That said, overall it is not normal in comparison to pretty much every other style of Clock.

Sophia Washington there are many reasons your pendulum may not be swinging. If the clock is over 5 years old it may need general service, as the oil has a tendency to get gummy and dirty over a 5 year period.
