Am I the only one that thinks the Q build got better? Changing the 13 to flat damage makes it even more powerful against assassins. 700 (at lvl 20) dmg stunning into walls is insane. His one shot build with the aa talent at 7 is 2500 at least. That's before you even factor in fire stomp and lightning breath. He can straight up 100-0 any assassin in 3 seconds while healing for over 1000 health and 30 armor. Hilarious to me that some people are calling him undertuned. What he can pull off is amazing.

Zach Lind Not sure that's true. There's a Reddit thread discussing the Dibble changes - someone did the math, his Charge build is weaker Vs Tank and pretty much the same Vs assassin than what it was previously.

Should be slightly better on low health assassins, but you also get large aa crits. Overall he's more threatening against assassins than ever. He shouldn't have a large amount of percentage damage. That change was warranted. Glad they did it. It's a great rework. Perfect even. Every single complaint I had about Diablo finally fixed all in one go.

I 100% agree, i just hope people dont bitch about it and it gets nerfed into the ground, because ive loved diablo as soon as i started playing Hots because i am a massive diablo 3 player (well not so much now) but i always felt diablo wasnt as strong as he should be and as you've said i think its a perfect rework, also, Mcintyre is right lightning breath is so viable now

i think ill love this new diablo, not sure how it is like i dont play him yestarday, but i missed the % damage. I do think TANKS with high health and high damage are OP AF, bruisers are the ones who needs damage not tanks, like if stitches get a lot of damage every game it would be insane.........oh wait. I dont mind maybe diablo as a bruiser more than a tank, but i do love him as spam tank more than oneshot tank. Still a point and click hero, so if this kind of hero isnt super OP AF i like it, i prefer high cap heroes than varian being super meta, Time will tell , good vid Mc! GL in MSB.

I've tried both I found myself trying so hard to work in Ws and would get out of range of the E. The slow and damage reduction can be felt esp when you all in, get the Ws out, then lightning breath. Basically the perfect engage

Why the new lvl 7 talent over Diabolic Momentum? Diabolic Momentum lowers the cd of W AND Q and E. So even more cc should be better than a slightly more cd reduction on W only. Or do I miss anything here?

Diabolical Momentum is only half as good as it used to be, only 0.75s reduction

The aa talent at 7 is actually really good. Literally doubles his aa. I think it might be the biggest follow through type buff in the game.

He doesn’t seem to be a viable main tank. Maybe people haven’t learned to play him but in his current state his win rate is a sub 40 percent.
