I finally give an update on my health while we just barely hit the Tribeca Film Festival deadline.

Im so sorry you're still feeling so weak, Jess. All of these hurdles reaffirm that this movie is something special. It will be big. Everything you do that ends up big is preceded by a terrible happening. My son started going back into a POTS flare. I had to take him to the cardiologist in ATL 2x last week. He gave him these capsules called Klaralyte, buffered electrolyte salt capsules. Sodium 250 mg and 50 mg potassium. They've already helped pull him out of the flare. He also gave him more zophran for nausea & told me to up the cbd, vitamin d, magnesium, turmeric, & b12. He's already getting so much better. We were terrified he was about to go back to where he was last year. I just ordered the klaralyte from amazon, so we have them on hand. Once you get that vagus nerve stabilized with electrolytes, you will start feeling better. Praying for you.

SO GREAT to see you up and about, Sir! Stress definitely brings our immune systems down for sure! The weather has been something else, right? We got a winters worth of snow in 5 days. Thank God the wind stayed to a dull roar and WE personally didn't lose power, but many outages occurred around us! Well, I'm excited to say, over on Facebook, i took over a Mcjuggernuggets fan group that's been allowed to grow stagnant and overrun with spam. Jesse, so I've been feeling something VERY similar to you. What were your symptoms when they first popped up? Mine seems more Gastrointestinal. Diarrhea just popped up, fatigue is still on and off, and its the second time in two to three weeks that I've felt something like this! My symptoms started out (the second time) Very slight discomfort and short prickly and stabby feelings in lower right abdomen, then progressed to dizziness, fatigue, feeling cold but no fever (normal body temp), some slight chest pain (not painful, just slightly uncomfy), now diarrhea has popped up, fatigue is a little better, I feel like I'm going to pass out after eating anything. Hope you feel better, Jesse! I might be in the same exact boat as you

You deserve to rest man all the hard work. But with food the best thing is called Kate Farms there’s different things but the best one is Standard 1.4 it’s a 325 ml and has 455 calories and has a lot of nutrition. It saved my life back in 2021 when I couldn’t eat at all and was at 90 pounds, for me I use mostly the feeding tube to put the formula in but in 2021 I was doing like 3 to 4 bottles a day now I’m doing the Standard 1.0 so same ml but less nutrition and less formula and even moving on to a less nutrition one because I’m eating more. The feeding tube I just change it myself at home.
