I think you should choose a day for laundry, a fun activity day with your kids, a self care day etc.. I think you get overwhelmed and stressed because you have so much to do. Remember you’re in control. I do understand with children things happen. Just make the necessary adjustment. I believe Scheduling each week will help. Good luck! 😊
